FCCPSA Dues and Fees

K-12 Schools Membership (Due annually in September):

Member Dues for K-12 schools are based on the expected enrollment that your school will have for the Florida Annual Database Survey which is traditionally due in October. If your actual enrollment exceeds the estimate given when that count is completed, the additional dues are due November 15th, or 30 days after the application is received.

  • School Membership Fee (1-49 students): $145.00
  • School Membership Fee (50-149 students): $295.00
  • School Membership Fee (150-250 students): $475.00
  • School Membership Fee (250+ students): $630.00
  • Annual Workshop (optional for members only): $165, each additional $65.00

Annual K-12 Administrators Workshop:

Attendance at the Annual Administrators Workshop is required for institutions that are accredited or in the process of accreditation.

  •  Administrator or 1st Attendee = $165.00
  •  Each Additional Staff Attendee = $65.00

K-12 Accreditation Fees and Costs

The yearly investment for accredited K-12 schools depends on where they are in the process. The following is a breakdown of those costs.

  • New Accreditation Application and Site Readiness Visit: $350.00
  • Administrator’s Manual (required): $179.00
  • Self-Study Review: $750
  • Accreditation Site Visit (every 5 years): Less than 50 students=$3,000, 51-300=$4000.00, 301 or multiple campuses that require additional team members add $1,200 each for the fourth or additional team members.
  • Annual Accreditation Renewal (due on anniversary date): $700.00
  • Annual Workshop (mandatory for accredited schools): $165, each additional $65 per person.
  • Major Change or Reinspection: $700 plus hotel for one inspector and reimbursement of travel expenses billed by FCCPSA.
  • Initial Application: $200.00
  • Initial Inspection: $650.00 or $700 for Miami/Pensacola requiring hotel
  • Annual Inspection: $650.00 or $700 for Miami/Pensacola requiring hotel
  • Re-Inspection: $325
  • Travel Fee: $50
  • Application & Inspection: $600.00
  • Renewal Inspection: $600.00
  • Annual Report: $300
  • New Application Level I Inspection=$350
  • Gold Seal site visit $1,250
  • Major Change: $1,250
