The FCCPSA proudly maintains an accreditation partnership agreement that provides AdvancED/SACS accreditation to FCCPSA schools. This partnership allows schools to obtain both FCCPSA and SACS accreditation through one seamless process utilizing AdvancED unique protocols and platforms.

The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) requires that all full member senior high schools be accredited by one of 15 approved accrediting agencies.

Private Schools

schoolhouse imageThe FCCPSA began its ministry as a resource for those individuals, churches, and Christian organizations that felt led to start a Christian Private School, as well as those that were already working in education. Over the years, that support has grown from a simple administrator's manual for new administrators to a truly state-wide support network and accrediting agency.

In addition to granting accreditation to qualified Christian private schools, the FCCPSA publishes an Administrator's Manual for establishing a private school in Florida. Several other manuals cover the Bright Futures Scholarship, High School Planning, and Child Abuse Awarness.

Twice each year members can attend the annual training workshops covering a variety of topics for both the new and experienced school administrator. These sessions provide leadership and guidance in school administration, forums for continuing education, and networking among private school administrators and leaders.

The FCCPSA has an active presence in Tallahassee so we can provide updates and input on isues affecting parents, students, and private schools. This allows us to be informed and to assist administrators in resolving conflicts with both state and local public school officials.
