Dr. Albert "Buzz" Daniel

Albert Daniel was born on a Navajo reservation in Arizona. He had to overcome many obstacles growing up. While completing high school, he worked fulltime as a stock boy and then attended college in Arizona. Then he served in the Naval Air Corps during the Viet Nam War and was based in Okinawa and the Philippines. After receiving an honorable discharge, he again took a job as a stock boy and grew with the corporation to become a national fashion manager for a clothing corporation out of New York City.

However, as a young man, he was seeking purpose and fulfillment in life. He attended a church meeting in Jacksonville, Florida, and while there, he found the Lord and sought God’s purpose for his life. He then attended Bible College in West Palm Beach and developed a burden for young adults. He afterwards worked with troubled young people in many churches on the Treasure Coast. It was during this time that he met his wife Sandra in Vero Beach. Several years later, Albert became an ordained minister. They decided to home educate their children under a covering of a private school.

Albert, along with others during the 1980’s fought for home school freedom in the State of Florida. Twenty five years ago, he founded the Lord’s Heritage Christian Academy. He also served on the Board of FPEA for five years from its inception. Then he and other home school leaders formed the Christian administrators’ organization, the FCCPSA. Albert has served as Chairman since 1999. He also has dedicated his life serving the Body of Christ by helping others build Godly families through the developing of Christian Private Schools. One of the desires of his heart is to prepare young people to find their purpose that God has for them to fulfill. Recently, to his surprise, he was recently honored with an honorary doctorate degree from the seminary he applied to 35 years ago in Jacksonville!
